About the artists

                The artists of 2 Hearted Studio are Brock and Lisa Flamion.  The couple met in their college ceramics class while finishing their bachelor’s degrees in Studio Art at the University of Southern Indiana in 2007.  There they both served as studio assistants.  The Flamions decided to move to Asheville, North Carolina in May of 2011 to follow their dreams of continuing their work in a place with such a great community of artists.  The Flamions created their business together with the intention to begin their journey into the professional world of ceramics.  In early 2015, Brock and Lisa relocated to a ceramics cooperative called Clayspace Co-op in the River Arts District of Asheville.  There they continue their studio practices and share work space and a gallery with four other clay artists.
